Booking Process 1. View our terms and conditions (below this panel). 2. Confirm that your chosen week is still available by contacting us by email or phone. 3. Complete our web booking form then post deposit cheque or use bank transfer. Click here to complete or download our booking form 4. We will hold your reservation for seven days until receipt of deposit. 5. Once booking form and deposit are received we will confirm your reservation by email. 6. Balance needs to be paid by cheque or bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival. Any problems or queries feel free to contact us either by email or phone. Our Terms and Conditions are below.

Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that Travel Insurance is taken out to guard against any costs arising from cancellation, late arrival, early departure or due to Guernsey and UK having no reciprocal health agreement in place at this time.

Booking Conditions

  • We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract between us and yourselves.
  • Minimum 7 night stay (contact us for other options)
  • Saturday Changeover
  • Check out 10am - Check in 3pm (negotiable)
  • A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation
  • The balance of 75% is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
  • Hot water included
  • Fully equipped and all linen provided
  • This is a non smoking establishment
  • In the interests of all our guests we regret that we cannot accommodate pets

Cancellation Terms

  • Should you cancel your reservation the following charges will apply:
  • 6+ weeks prior to arrival - you will be refunded 50% of the monies paid
  • 0 - 5 weeks prior to arrival - you will forfeit 100% of any monies paid

Breakages

  • Guests are requested to notify us of any breakages, damage or malfunction so that replacements or repairs may be arranged. Minor breakages will not normally be charged for, but we would point out that all damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer.

Liability

  • The proprietors and their employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
